  1. Boil water, add chopped sweet potatoes. Cook until soft, which depends on size. I chop mine into bite size pieces and it takes about 10-15 minutes.
  2. When potatoes are done, drain water, turn burner down to low and mash the potatoes.
  3. Add the almond milk and mix until a good consistency has formed.
  4. Mix in brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg. Add walnuts on top!
