  • 0.5 cup mixed herbs chopped
  • 0.5 cup feta crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Beat eggs with salt + herbs.

  2. Heat olive oil in a 10" oven-safe skillet. Pour eggs; sprinkle feta.
