What we collect

Tool data (quiz answers, meal plans, pantry, saved recipes) is stored only in your browser’s localStorage. It never leaves your device. We do not sync it, back it up, or transmit it to any server.

Comments and contact form submissions include the email address and any text you provide. We use this to reply. We do not share it.

Server logs retain standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and performance debugging, typically for 14 days.

Cookies

This theme sets no tracking cookies. Standard WordPress cookies are set only if you log in or leave a comment. See our cookie policy for details.

Analytics

If we use analytics, the disclosure appears in the cookie policy. Analytics are never bundled into the theme by default.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete any data we hold. For tool data, you can clear it any time in your browser settings.
