Ingredients
- 1.5 lb salmon fillet skin on
- 1 bunch broccolini
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 bunch thyme
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Method

Heat oven to 425°F. Toss broccolini with olive oil on a sheet pan.

Make space, lay salmon down, top with lemon and thyme. Season with salt.

Roast 13-15 minutes until salmon is just opaque.
