Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans drained
- 1.5 cups corn fresh or frozen
- 0.5 cup cilantro chopped
- 2 limes
- 12 corn tortillas warmed
Method

Char corn in a dry skillet. Add beans + cumin; warm through.

Squeeze lime over. Stir in half the cilantro.

Fill tortillas; top with remaining cilantro + lime wedges.
