Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb salmon fillet skin on
  • 1 bunch broccolini
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 bunch thyme
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Toss broccolini with olive oil on a sheet pan.

  2. Make space, lay salmon down, top with lemon and thyme. Season with salt.

  3. Roast 13-15 minutes until salmon is just opaque.
